Yoga Lounge is a brand of the company e-Estratégico, Business & Coaching Lda., NIF 513233547.
The present general conditions, described below, regulate the relationship e-Estratégico, Business & Coaching Lda. (hereinafter referred to as e-Strategic) and the client.
In this way, when contracting the offered services (retreats, events, training, tours and others) the client assumes the participation in the contracted activities, the risks that are inherent to him, becomes knowledgeable and accepts all the present conditions included in this section “Terms and Conditions”.
The general conditions described herein may be complemented by particular conditions of each activity. The particular conditions overlap and complement these general conditions.
Responsibilities and risks
The client as a participant in the programs or activities, takes due account, that:
– Recognizes that outdoor activities, in natural areas, and even indoors, in places such as hotels, inns or other places where activities take place, entail the risk that various types of damage, both personal and person and to third parties.
– Recognizes, furthermore, that such risks can not be eliminated without compromising the essential characteristics of the activity. Such damage can result from a number of factors, including falls, exposure to high or low temperatures, animal attacks, insect bites, fires, thefts, etc.
– It is aware that the activities can sometimes develop in places, sometimes of not easy access, reason why in case of accident the medical aids can be delayed.
– It recognizes that e-Strategic employees or trainers hired by them, seek safety, reducing the risks associated with our activities, but can not ensure the control of factors that are unrelated to them.
-He is entirely responsible for his health, never entering into activities that compromise his health and put at risk, being certain factors inherent to each individual unrelated to the e-Strategic trainers.
Thus, at the time of your registration / purchase, the customer assumes the following commitments before the e-Strategic and for the due and legal effects agrees that:
– I know the program of this activity / event / retreat / training, the inherent risks and, voluntarily I wish to participate;
– I will respect all the rules, guidelines, rules of conduct, and all kinds of recommendations given me by e-Strategic contractors and / or trainers; for my own safety, that of other persons (participants or not) and the environment in which the activity takes place, whether it is a natural public or private area, or a private indoor area;
– I have the physical and psychic conditions to support the effort associated with this program. I do not have heart, lung or other diseases that in any way implies limitations to practice sports, yoga, vegetarian food, massages and / or some kind of deeper action in the body;
The e-Estratégico company, its employees and contracted trainers, will not be responsible for improper behavior of the participants during the activities or damages they may cause to third parties (participants or not) or in the environment where the activity is inserted, being the sole responsibility of the participants.
Accordingly, I waive any compensation for damages resulting from my participation in this activity in relation to e-Strategic.
Schedule
The duration of the activities is indicative based on ideal circumstances. This time can be reduced by external environmental causes or changes in spaces, unrelated to e-Strategic. No rights due to changing schedules due to these circumstances are due.
There is a tolerance of 10 minutes so that all the participants are in the place indicated as “meeting point” in the information of the activity.
Image rights
e-Estratégico reserves the right to use photographs taken before, during and after activities for promotional purposes. Unless written notice to the contrary is made, the client authorizes the use of photographs and videos collected in promotional activities, sending to clients and marketing and publicity actions.
Purchase of activities and respective payments
The registration or purchase of e-Strategic Retreats must be carried out in the purchase forms available on our website: http://www.yogalounge.pt or through our e-mail eventos@yogalounge.pt. The customer with this act undertakes to pay for all of the services for which he has made his purchase. In the case of companies, the events and workshops follow the procedures of the proposal delivered to the client and the payment conditions agreed upon in the same. Payments can be made through bank transfer, paypal and credit card. Having opted for bank transfer, you must send the respective proof to the email of eventos@yogalounge.pt, with indication of the withdrawal and date of the same.
After your contact / purchase of the activity you will receive an e-mail confirming the e-Strategic, in terms of the availability of accommodation and reservation for the same, as well as some additional information useful to the participant. The subscription / purchase will only be valid after confirmation of payment, by e-Strategic by email. For the issuance of invoice you must indicate in the payment confirmation email the respective data necessary for issuing the same.
Cancellations and refunds
In case of cancellation, the client will be informed as soon as possible. After the cancellation will receive alternative dates or if you prefer, the refund of the total paid to date.
E-Estratégico reserves the right to cancel and modify activities in the following cases:
– Do not gather a minimum number of 4 participants in the activity;
– Unfavorable climatic conditions make it impracticable to carry out the activities;
– The minimum safety conditions are not met;
– Other conditions that make it impracticable to carry out the activity (fires, strong winds, falling trees, etc.) or cancellation of space by something unrelated to e-Strategic;
In case of cancellation of purchases, retreats, events, training or other, confirmed in these conditions there is no place to any kind of compensation.
In case of cancellation of the reservation by the customer, the full refund of your payment will be according to the following conditions:
– Activities of 1 or more days, whether consecutive or not, full refund when cancellation is communicated within 3 weeks.
It will not be possible to cancel activities exceeding one day on non-consecutive days, once the first activity day has started.
Once the purchase is made, if the participant does not attend the date, time and place marked without having made a cancellation or change in the terms described above, he will lose all the rights inherent in the activity, namely the right to a new marking.
